Description
- - Responsible for business development
- - Additional responsibility including farming few key accounts of the company
- - Identify and create new business opportunities / grow and maintain existing customer accounts with a clear focus on high-value sales and solution-based selling approach.
- - Conduct product / solution demonstrations, consult customers and assist in Solutioning
- - Identify target organizations in region, understand their current training practices, how they can consume E-Learning, identify contacts, initiate sales process and making presentations to L&D / Sales Training / Compliance Heads, take discussion towards closure, account business management
Experience: 8-12 Years Education: Graduate or Above Positions: 3
- 2. HTML Developer

Description
- - Candidate should have good experience and knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery.
- - Should have strong expertise in creating dynamic, xml based interactivities in HTML, JavaScript, Jquery.
- - Should have a sound knowledge of eLearning standards such as SCORM and AICC
- - Should have strong HTML, CSS table-less design and JavaScript knowledge and experience.
- - Should know how to transform .psd files and wireframes into web user interfaces according to design specifications

- 3. Executive – Business Development (Domestic Market)

- - Responsible for data mining from LinkedIn, Zoom info, Naukri.com and other social networking sited and portals.
- - Responsible for mass mailing across different industry verticals and departments within the company for India & Middle East regions
- - Requirement generation through follow up email campaigns
- - Support in creating presentation, proposal, EOI, RFP's RFI's
- - Should be capable of handling day to day task such as Invoicing PIN generation, etc

- - Identify relevant contacts at a target organisation and to establish first contact; Pitch SStride Services and Products - initial brief on the offering and fixing-up presentations
- - Work in close coordination with his DR's/Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client's needs and objectives
- - Participate in pricing the solution/service for self and team
